Mmmmm. What a delicious looking layout! I saw this layout and it was love at first sight. I love the three pictures on the left with the fading bar. It reminds me of one of those things where you attach pictures to a ribbon and hang it in your house.
I really like the entry and links boxes as well. Very simple, with a solid band the same colour as the border for the short description and "Navigation". It looks very effective and goes well with the band behind the three pictures. I'm a big fan of white backgrounds as well, as long as there's loads of colour, it looks really good. This has several shades of "baby pink", and it's great! Plus, there's loads of room for all the links you could want. Excellent!
There's just one small issue, and that is I'd like to know where the images came from!
